Nice photos, I haven't put mine yet to net, but I noticed, that the best model was missing from these photos, the Ford Cortina '65 built by Juha Airio, which also won the euro/jap class, which was natural, it was so well built. It can be seen partially in couple of the photos.
There were some really great builds, like the white shelby mustang, couple of race cars, etc.
I also spent quite a lot of money for decals (transkits, cf, bmf etc) & wheels...

Thanks for sharing!
Due to sickness in the family I couldn't go this year so this is most welcome. I didn't have anything to participate in the contest with, but it would have been nice to see it in real life. Well, maybe next year.

Great stuff, love the replica stock stuff and Juha Airio's perfect masterpieces. Who else can ever replicate the disco era (and others) with as much class and perfection as Juha? That '75 Grand Torino is incredible! Wish I could see more pics of his Cortina.

Saw that this link was also posted on Wheels modellingforum. Nice touch!
I see that a certain Finnish modeler snapped a few jawjoints again with his amazing models :)

:smokin: Cheers for sharin those with us Jon.
There are some incredible & unbelieveable builds in there. Can't wait til I've been building for 40 years and I might be at that standard :lol2:
I have to say, the small figures perusing over the model car kits knocked me to the floor. And again, when I got up & looked at the screen again!!
For those with dial-up who can't face trawling through tons of pics you MUST click this link!
