1995 rattle under dash at right

My 1995 4Runner (or Surf - I am in Japan) makes a rattling noise in the right side of the dash at 1500rpm. It is a deisel. I have tried the glove box, the vent, tightening everything under the hood on that side, around the wheels, the windows... I am going nuts. Anyhoe have any similar problems for comisery or ideas for relief, i would be much obliged. It sounds like if you push on the dash it would stop, or if you took some screws out of the glove box it would stop - thats how close it is.......

You need to get someone to drive your truck on a bumpy road while you look under and around the dash and push here and there to see what needs to be tightened or cushioned.
