Which Pistons?

Are there any stock pistons I can use in a b18a block to increase my compression?? If so which engines do these come in?

use 16a pistons from (4th or 5th gen. maybe ??? not sure) the b16 pistons are domed more than the GSR and will raise u (up to) a point....
u dont need tha b16 rods. but if u plan on gettin rods... get carillo, scat <(spelling?), or eagle

I dont know if these will help, but I had the same problem deciding which pistons to use and this is what I know:

lsvtec with b16 head and ctr pistons
head Gasket 2.8cc big vol= 497.6cc
piston dome vol. 6.3cc small vol= 39.2cc stock lsvtec=12.7
camber vol. 44cc
deck height .25mm 1.3cc
cyl vol. 458.4cc

in case you have a GSR head take a look at this :

lsvtec with gsr head and ctr pistons
head Gasket 2.8cc big vol= 495.6cc
piston dome vol. 6.3cc small vol= 37.2cc stock gsr/lsvtec=13.3
camber vol. 42cc
deck height .25mm 1.3cc
cyl vol. 458.4cc

Get the Civic type R pistons (CTR) and you'll be all set...

Generally you don't want to go above 11.5:1 compression on a street car on pump gas.

B16a rods wont work in a b18 block(theyre too short). if you want the highest compression you can get, just get B16A pistons or the CTR ones. they pretty much have the highest domes.
