1989 F 250 4.9L inline six

I need to know if this truck had a high pressure fuel pump or was there just the pump in the tank truck does not have dual tanks if that helps the fuel tank is on the drivers side just behind where the door ends. Question #2 is where can i find the fuel pressure regulator on this .

I have traced both fuel line on this truck and i can not see anything that i think resembles either.
