turbo charge a gs eclipse--- and trans prob

I have a 95 mit eclipse. I wanna really beef up the engine I am getting turbo in less then 2 months i wanna run about 20-28psi. Im all in to auto body. I really need to know what i need to do to make it so the engine can handle that much power and what to start first . Also ive Blown out 2 stock trans can any one tell me who deals with performace trans or if i can make it a 6 speed for this engine cause ive look around and cant find any thing. thanx in advance.

um yea your not gonna make that gs 28 psi, maybey 10 before you low the motor, and ther is now point in a six speed
