Where is Ocean Flats

Im tryin to find ocean flats to find the Wheel Arch Angles mod street racing shop.I cant find it looked all over my map cant find it. http://www.gtawh.com/sa/modgarages.php the third picture down on the car with the bodykit.Any help is greatly thanked.Brad :confused:

Ok i found wheel arch angles tune shop but now i cant get in it.The door wont open

If the door doesn't open then the car you are in cannot be modified there.
The Supra, 300ZX (?), Skyline and a few others can be modded at Wheel Arch Angels - basically all street racing cars.
