Headlight dimming (Help)

Problem is I have a 1987 thunderbird with auto dimming lights, is there any way to dim the lights manually? The signal switch does not move is there a way or am I just stupid. hard to see on bright in a snoestorm. Thanks

if it's like the 89 i have ,, i have to push the arm foward.
