Anyone replace a timining chain in a 4.0 Bronco?

A friend has a 97 Bronco with the 4.0 engine, the timing chain needs to be replaced. Before I head off to help him, any special tools needed other than a pulley puller?

How big a job is it? Autozone has the timing chain, pulley, spring tensioner kit for about $70
