2 Questions Need Advice

Okay well i have about 700 bucks and im looking to buy either springs or coilovers i can't decide i want to have a clean ride that handles as well, however i dont want to spend all the money on suspension, if anyone has any ideas on either getting springs or coilovers lemme know and what brand and type thanks.
