new to web site

Isn't a thread what nuts are screwed on? I admit I didn't read what ever instructions I should have read. Am I suppose to be here? And where is here? What type of introduction is expected of me? I chose to be logged on at this site to recieve FREE advise on repairing a mechanical problem with my 1986 Toyota motorhome. What kind of questions can be posted here? You can already tell that my knowlegde of computers, WWW, and forums is limited, and after a few seconds of scanning the home page I just could not find a easy way to navigate the web site. I guess the user level of this forum is beyond my humble ability.

Welcome to AF and your introduction was fine but no this forum is not for questions but the toyota forum(most likely non specific model section) should be able to help you answer any question. Good luck.

I always thought a thread was something that hung off your shirt that needed to be pulled or cut off.LOL. Anyways welcome to AF, and if you have some extra time check out all the areas of this site to get a feel to what it's all about.
