Guys,
I noticed that my engine is sluggish in the mornings, ie when i hit the gas pedal it take a while for the car to respond, as if it wants to stall, what could the problem be?
I also noticed that my fuel consumption has go up, i have changed the O2 sensor with a new bosch type.

I think you have a rubber dust boot on your accelerator cable in the engine that after awhile starts to breakdown and gum up the cable that starts to make it sticky.
This could also be caused my dirty fuel injectors (add a can of injector cleaner to the tank, be carefull if this is your first time since it can losen up junk in the tank and clog the fuel filter).
As for poor MPG, check your tire pressure and wait for warmer weather.

Some possiblities:
1) Dirty MAF sensor.
2) Bad MAP sensor (dont remember is this year reads manifold press. or not)
3) O2 sensor still not right.
4) Dirty airfilter, intake?
5) EGR stuck open.
6) Really bad spark plugs, wires.
Check that cable boot like Ryan says & grease it with SILICONE grease if needed!
G/luck

This condition improves when the engine warms up a bit.
I have clean up the air filter and the consumption has improved a bit.
