1992 ford areostar van

well i have this friend that is having this problem with the van he needs a waterpump now i`ve taken off the alt, belts etc,etc, now the fan itself i`ve removed the bolts 4 on this one and another 4 on the pully now the problem is how do i get the clutch or whatever its called it had a coil spring on it but snapped now so how does this thing come off any suggestions thanks to you all here -dave take-care
