ok im going to do a b16 swap on my 90 civic this summer when i go to college ((northwestern in lima ohio nice auto school)). anyways i want to rebuild the engine but i want to do it with stock internal parts. because a. this car is going to be an everyday driver. b. i dont have the money to put into this hardcore. and c. this will be my first real engine rebuild ((well i did one on a 350 that never ran last yr at my jvs)) so if i screw up i dont want to waste money on all these aftermarket parts. not like i will but it could happen im new at this. so i was wondering if any one knows where to find an engine rebuild kit for the b16 ((need kits for the block and a kit for the head)) ive been looking around and i can find one for the b16. if you can help my out it be great im tring to do all my research early so i dont miss anything and have to rush it. -thanks a bunch SEAN

college + no money + rebuild = bad college experience.
you will need beer, gas, red bull, and dollar bills for the nude clubs. oh yes, money for books too.

I came to the realization that i couldn't justify spending a lot of money on my car when it already worked. I had planned on buying a GT25 turbo kit for my D16 Civic, but i thought that i would have better use of that $1000 if i used it towards college.
