'95 bird - Burnt Rubber Smell from Vent

It started last night...

I turned on the Panel (air - not heat), and I smelt burnt rubber.

Could my blower motor be going out?

Its only coming out of the vents when I turn it to Panel and not A/C.

Anyone have any suggetions in what it could be?
