my car won't start

I have a 93 FWD Colt vista wagon. My car acts like it is not getting any gas. I have changed the fuel filter and the fuel pump but the car still won't start! Does anyone have any suggestions?!

i am not familiar with your kind of colt, but if it is injection system i think you might have problems with the E.C.U.
