94 rodeo

I'm just a dumb ol' body man trying to make a nickle saving a totaled 94 Rodeo (V6). The thing was hit in front and wouldn't start when it was towed in. I'm replacing the radiator support and find some cut wires which I repaired. I checked all fuses but it still won't start. Does this thing have a cut off switch to the fuel pump?

No cut off switch.I wish I could give some better advice but it is just going to take some trouble shooting.Carl
