CD changer failure

The cd changer of my Z3 (original BMW cd plaer) just broke :mad: .
The problem is this is the second within 4,5 years to do so :mad: :mad: , and I don't feel like buying an other one from BMW, given the reliabilty it prooves.
Does anyone know which brand I could plug instead, and that would be compatible with the original BMW radio?

My changer from my 94 740iL never left a disk in it when I ejected the mag all the cd's that went in came out. I got rid of the car still have the changer but never used it since. Would sell it for the right price. If you want to go that way it only takes less then five minets to change it. I have the 6 cd changer, mag & bracket. If you want e-mail me with offer(+ shipping?).
