Which BOV is this? (pic inside)

I know it's from HKS, but which one?

i think its the SQV. the old one not the new SSQV.

Is it loud and does it have that whistle in high boost?

DOH. That whistle is from the turbo not the BOV. RedFC has that BOV (it is the Old School SSQV) And its really just a loud "woosh"... much cooler than those ricey "Squeaky Pftt" sound ones

wow that is one ugly asss blow off valve. that shit looks like it was found in the ruins of an ancient civilization.

The turbo begins whistling at a certian shaft speed. I believe it really differs between turbos depending on wheel size, ect. But my turbo will begin whistling at around 10in HG vacuum. But its really screamin at around 3psi if I can keep that damn wastegate closed. Its to atmosphere right now.

It's one of the best out there i heard (both function/sound).

its the old ssqv, i have the new ssqv, its a nice whistle at hi boost followed by a wosshh, so its a whisle /whoose sound and very loud, at low boost it a nice woosh like that for air breaks for a bus...
