rough then fast idle during cold starts

During a cold start the engine will idle rough. It feels like its missing. If you push on the gas it sputters a little bit then gains rpm slowly. After playing with the throttle a little bit it switches from being rough to a smooth fast idle until it warms up. This only happens during colder days 40deg or lower.

2.8 v6
tbi injection
no codes
tune up done about 6 months ago
have not checked fuel pressure
Removed iac valve and cleaned
Coolant temp reads normal but is about 7 deg off from 94 s-10 4.3 readings
a nice cone patteren from both injectors

hello i`m having the same problem also but my oil pressure is low and i have to do a pressure test at the sending unit and i have a check engine light on also

I'd try a bottle of fuel system cleaner. I like SeaFoam, I think it's the best made.
