2000 Grand AM Quit

Have a 2000 Grand AM SE with 3.4 , have had some strange things going on the past week or so.
The low trac light keeps flashing even when parked, and after the car runs for half hour or more the ABS , No Trac and Service Vechile Soon lights come on .. Can anyone shed some light on this matter..
