Door Ajar Light Stays On

Hello i have a problem with the Door Ajar Warning Lamp flickering on and off despite the interior door lights shutting off as they should. the door switches all seem to be working fine without any corrosion. the interior lights go on and off properly with door opening and closings.
Any Ideas or Tsb's out there?

I'm having the same problem with my 96, I still can't figure it out, it's the side door light, and the driver mechinism isn't engaging on it either.
