I was considering getting a K&N FIPK for my car (94 V8). Does anyone have any experience with this? Is it worth the money, or just a piece of junk? Any assistance would be helpful. Thanks.

Waste of money.
Here is a thread from TCCoA - K&n Fipk (http://forums.tccoa.com/showthread.php?t=46456&highlight=FIPK)

I appreciate your post. I was really curious about the KN kit, because it didn't look like it did much. And I know it is around 130 - 150, at least that's the price I have seen for it. I think I will go the true cold air route. Thanks.

I hear that TBird owners have problems with the oil from the K&N gumming up the MAF sensor as well. There are a few threads about it somewhere in here...
