My 4th gen accord has some hella gap between the wheels and the fenders on it and it makes my 17" wheels wheels look like 15's but i was planing on getting some coilovers and possibly some struts but untill then i was thinkin about just cutting my springs a little bit that way it wouldn't look so bad im not gonna make it like 2 or 3 inch's lower but probably an inch or somethin. Is this a good idea or what??? I know its not the best thing to do and all but is there any major problem with doin it since i plan on gettin suspension parts soon??

NO NO NO never cut or heat your springs, for the first part, you will totally change the spring rate of your springs and you car will bounce as if you had coilover sleeves on them. and for the second part you will never be able to use those springs again if you wanted to make your car stock again. just keep 4x4ing until you have enough money for springs, you don't have to get shocks right away so far ive gotten about 3 months out of mine and they all ok except the front right one is starting to squeek.

lataZ i bought mine off ebay for 33$ plus shipping, they were about a year old also. i don't think it made a difference. the ride is a little bumpier (as in you can feel bumps more but not bouncy) than stock but thats cause im riding on my stock struts. i haven't heard a lot about h&r's. post a question and ask everyone who has them, that might give you some feedback.

it depends on what kind of ride u want. If ur like me, u'll like it very stiff and low, with one hell of road handling, but no comfort. FUCK the comfort, go with Neuspeed, nothing's best.

I already tried apex, H'n'R, eibach coils and ractive coil over and nothing is the half of Neuspeed, trust me.

Peace y'all, Raph...
