I just found $60.00 in the parking lot. What's the most money you ever found or the best thing you ever found.

I went in our local dairy/convenience store to get a 1/2 gallon of ice cream and when I brought it up to the counter to pay for it, there was a fifty dollar bill just lying on the floor.

I found £60 ($110) on the street on the day after my birthday a couple of weeks ago. Awesome or what

Five minutes down the road these two women were walking in the opposite direction, one of them was looking in her handbag and saying "i cant believe it, i put it right here". As she walked by my heart sank. I knew what i had to do. I went up to her and said "excuse me, have you lost something?" She said she'd lost some money, so i returned it...

Felt like this little fella on the right> :nutkick:

In junior high I found someones wallet laying on the floor in the locker room. I didn't even open it, I just took it to the coach for him to locate the kid. Later that day I was called down to the principals office. He thanked me for being so honest and wanted the kid to thank me. Which he hardly even did. The principal even said, do you know that there was over $150 in the wallet. I said no I just saw it and turned it in. I think the principal was expecting me to get a little cash reward for the kid, and I could tell that principal was a little irritated by the fact that the kid didnt even seem greatful considering the fact I could have taken it and not said anything. But I could never and would never do that b/c its wrong.

Heres a good story. All my life I have always returned lost wallets or items to thweir owners, not expecting a reward but just that someone would do the same if it had happened to me.
So last summer when me and my dad were in Appledorn (Nederlands) my dad lost his wedding ring in the spa we were in. My cousins and I looked for a good 45 minutes then went to reoprt the lost ring at the office. Lucky enough it was returned to us after we described it and all.

That right there is a good reason for me to never ever keep something I find

Honestly, the best thing I ever found was a lost dog.

I found a husky walking by the elementary school across the street, I looked around and didn't see anybody. I walked over to him, and he seemed a little scared. I was finally able to get him and walk him back to my house, and unfortunately he didn't have a collar. I went to the local pet bathing and grooming place, and sure enough there was a lost dog ad in the window for a husky.

I drove the dog over to the address, where I was met at the door by a woman who looked like she hadn't slept in days. When she looked down at her dog, it was probably one of the few moments I've ever seen geniune goodness. It makes me tingle just thinking about it. It's probably the best thing i've ever done in my entire life. The whole family was so grateful, it was a good feeling.

one time I found a lamborghini. Then I went into the store and found a hot chick. But then some other guy came and took them both. Damn, so close.

On Tuesday morning at the bus stop, me and the nerdy looking bloke next to me watched this old Indian bloke drop $10 on the ground. We both pointed this out to the guy, who looked at us both as if we had 3 heads and got on the next bus. After 5 more minutes, the nerdy bloke smiles and points about 15 metres away and says "It's still there!".

There were about 25+ people between me and the cash - I calmly walked past them all, picked it up and got on the bus. :D

I have found a couple of notebook computers (different places). I was able to return both to their owners. The second guy gave me a $300 reward.

My Dick.

You lost that??

I was at the county dump once with my dad unloading barrels and as I was getting back in the truck I noticed a corner of a piece of green paper about 5 feet away. I went over to it and examined it. What do you know it was a 20 dollar bill. One of the workers looked over and saw it but paid no attention, cuz seriously, how many pieces of paper does he see in a day? I dug it out and found 3 more under it. I got 80 bucks that day just for taking out the trash.

On January 31st this year, I Was up at the local skatepark after a pub run, around midnight with 3 friends, we found a wallet with 20 bucks in it, full licence, key cards and all, I looked at the licence, and sure enough it's from a guy I know, and know where he lives, one of my mates stole the money, I tryed to get it back off him, but I failed, I returned the wallet the next day, contemplating putting 20 of my own money back in.

I hate it when people just take shit, it's bad luck and down right in-considerate. I had a wallet lost once, had my licence in it, about 30 bucks, a laser light thing, some cards etc, never saw it again.

I once found 20 bucks in the pocket to some of my board shorts, I have no idea where it came from.

Heres a sad story

My brother found a lost cell phone on the bus the other day, so he called the "home" number and let them know that he had found it. So the owner lives 30 mins away from us and tells my brother to bring the phone over to them....the nerve. My brother simply said that they have 30 days to come and pick it up or else he's giving it away
