Logical engine swap?

I could do a search on this and probably find the answer, but it would be easiest if you guys could just tell me straight up.
I've got a friend with a '90 Integra LS 4 door w/manual tranny. The engine is fine, but the car is shit. It already has a B18b1 in it from a previous swap.
His Grandma has an '89 Civic Hatch DX w/manual tranny. Bad engine, good car.
Would it be logical to swap the B18 into the Civic? (and no, his grandma would not be driving the car. She is giving the civic to him) How hard would it be? What about OBD?

Take B18b, Intake and Exhaust manifolds, all mpfi wiring, etc. from 90 teg.... take all d15 stuff out of hatch... buy mounts and custom b-series linkage for civic... put b18b and stuff taken out of teg and put into hatch... have one nice car...
