Expedition Door Locks

The door locks on my 1998 Ford Expedition are not working at all. They all quit at the same time. There was a buzzing noise coming from the relays right after they quit working when the lock or unlock button was pushed. I checked all wires for power, also checked the relays and fuses. Everything seems to be in working order butstill the lock don't work. It's already been to Ford service with no luck except many hours of labor charges. Any suggestions, PLEASE HELP!!
