The link you showed is for the pulley only,they show another kit that comes with the puller & pulley that would be the one you want

So there is no way to put up the boost on your supercharger unless you get a smaller pulley. I thought i heard someone say you can get some kind of boost controler for superchargers

NO...again it's only to control the boost on turbo's,not for Superchargers !
