Secondary Air Injection System Malfunction (code P-0410) PLEASE HELP

Howdy,
I have a 2001 s-10 2wd. Recently my service engine light came on. I went to auto zone to have them check my data port. It said there was a 2ndary air injection system malfunction. The code was p-0410. It said there 2 problems with the injection system. What does this do? How can I fix this myself? Thanks for your help.

i just had the same code , pump had water in it was drained,code reset and both fuses are ok . drove 24 miles light came back on. Smells like motor is burnt. I live in new york you think the water froze up hurting the motor? Is this a common thing or is there another solution to fix this ? Pump did run when hooked up to a battery to check it .:crying: Thanks
