89 Cherokee Not Starting

Ok Here's The Deal.....really Pissed Off. My 89 Xj 4.0 Won't Get Any Spark. I Changed The Icm, Coil, Distributor,cap, Rotor,plugs, Wires, And The Cps. I Had My Wife Crank The Jeep Over While I Checked For Spark Coming From The Coil And Nothing. I Was Brave And Stuck My Pinky In The Wire. No Zap. Nothing. Have No Clue, Maybe I Need To Reset The Computer But Have No Idea How. Any Help Would Be Nice Or This Thing Is Going Swimming In A Very Deep River.

HI DO YOU MEAN THAT YOU CHANGED THE ECM. HAVE YOU CHECKED THE WIRING, FOR BREAKS AND BROKEN, BURNT CONNECTORS. DO YOU HAVE A OHMS METER OR MULTI METER THAT YOU CAN CHECK WITH. DALE [email protected]

No I changed the Ignition Control Module (ICM) not the ECM. I don't have an Ohm Meter or anything like that. I just have a test light.
