Ignition Problems I Think

Re-posting like requested.

It seems that now and again everytime i pull the key from the ignition my blower fan will still run... my running headlights will remain on.. and when i open the door the car will beep indicating that the key is left in the ignition when it is really in my hand... i'm wonder if one of the other units around the ECU is an Ignition unit.. and should it be replaced? Or maybe it is the actual ignition that is creating the problem.

I should also add that not everything that you should be able to use with the key in the ignition is usable.. like the stereo for example, and wipers.. it only seems to be those three things that i've noticed sofar.
