Well...

certainly a nice 1st gen.

With luck, a 2nd gen NA, that will need work.

is an 88 supercharged considered first gen? i found one for 4500, but the engine was dissasembled. how fast and how much potential do the first gens have? would i be better off with the supra? i really like the 91-95 turbo mr2's, but right now theres no way i can afford one

1st gen: 85-89
2nd gen (US): 91-95

Nay on 4500 for a disassembled 88 sc... it's really up to you on which one you want.

yea, there was no way i was gonna get that. do these cars seem overpriced for you? average price for a second gen that im finding is 7000, and thats with around 100k miles.

I found a 91 mr2 turbo that i got for $2800. it has 120,000 on the body, 60,000 on the engine and 6000 on the turbo. and all it needed was a clutch and i put a rebuilt trans in it which i got for $390

I got my 93 Turbo in great condition, 140k miles, @ $4500

Finding MR2's is hard, if you want a Turbo youll prolly end up with a 91-92 w/ that price range, or an NA of any year.

i saw a mr2 sitting outside somes guys house and it hadnt moved for quite a while so i asked him if he was selling and he said yes. so i guess u could say i got lucky. that would be my thrid MR2 in less than a year. my other 2 are N/A though.

I found a 92 mr2 turbo for $3995

this was at a dealership, but I was to late, they sold that baby quick.

sad sad day. it had 120,000 but I would of replaced the engine sooner or later.

I'm a poor college student to, and damn schools are pretty greedy when it comes to their money.

i live in Geneva,IL. i had a 93 n/a but that got ran over recently so i had to junk that but i have a 91 N/A im trying to sell. i have a guy willing to pay $3000 for it with just the windshield. it comes with a new windshield, 17 inch koning rims, cold air intake, greddy exhaust, another engine from the 93 N/A it has 150,000 miles on it, and the 91 has 187,000 miles on it.
