I need some advice. I have a 72' 454 and I put on some dynomax headers. Then to realize the stupid parts salesman sold me 2 wheel drive headers instead of 4wheel drive. What kind of headers work good on an older engine like that. I was thinking about shorty headers, but i dont know what to do.

Do the 4wd components get in the way?
If the headers fit properly, dont worry about it. There is no difference in performance between 2wd and a 4wd headers.
Check at summitracing.com for headers. Im sure youll find them there.

My headers use to bang against my driveshaft, but i bent them to the right and they fit fine now. I guess I could look at summitracing because those headers are good but i would like to get something with more power. thanks
