remove door panels on 04' rsx-s?

doesn anyone know how to remove the drivers side door panel on an 04 rsx type-s?

hey thanks a lot, ill check it out tonight. i was installing new door locks and dropped the original in the hole, but the new locks dont fit right and i dont wanna pay the acura dealer to do it. Thanks again!
