speedchip?

Hey I was wondering if theres such thing as a speed chip? I was looking on ebay and I saw a speedchip for a 90-98 eagle talon speedchip. Is this true? That theres such thing as a speed chip? or are they trying to rip us off.

I havent posted for a while here but it seems like we are still talking about the same old things. As for the speed chips, they dont really do anything and they are just a rip off. Dont waste your time with that.

all these speedchips do, is just increase you idle to 1500 RPM! complete bs, and should beforced off the market by the SAE and DOT ppl. or the auto equivalent of the FDA. lol.

my friend ordered that and it is a diode that you plug into your maf to make it think it is running cooler.you can get a box of them at any electrical store for like 3 or 4 bucks.i think there like twenty on ebay . they send them to you in an envelope, taped to a poece of paper. its a rip off and its probably not good for your motor.
