i know what happens in the first one only because i've seen it before. but those are way too small to even be seen. i can't even tell what's going on in the second one.

i think it's alluding to the fact that he has a car, yet he still has to ride a bike everywhere because of the obvious operationally-challenged state of his car.

and btw, its better than a lot of the other pics, jeeze, flippin idiots, gosh!! jk (if you havent watched napoleon dynamite, then ignore that)
