I own a 97 k1500 sub with 5.7vortec/auto + tow pkg. Can anyone tell me what transmission I have? Is it a 460le? thanks for the help.

sounds right.
Look at your glove box sticker with all those 3 letter RPO codes. M30 is the 4L60-E.
