cigaret lighter

Hello,
I have a 1995 2.2 Corsica.
cigaret lighter does not work+ bright lights dont work...
I tried to find the cigaret lighter in the repair manual but on the electrical circuit piture they don't have it and the fuse that controls the
cigaret lighter is not on the picture as well :(
So I'm confused. Does anybody know how I can make it work ?

easiest thing to do is pull off the fuse panel and read the back of the panel because usually it will tell you which fuse is which and then if it is blown just put a new one in. if it blows again then you have a short somewhere in the electrical system...which really sucks.
