89 iroc z28 wont start

car wont start turn ingnition to on position secerity light doesnt come on. engine light comes on and stays on. try to start and engine light stays on gages jump and security light never comes on. there is no noise no trying to start nothing.I have power to starter. I replaced ignition switch under collum. I need help bad car just sitting there no one knows what could be wrong. HELP HELP HELP

Possibly the starter enable relay or even the VATS module. The relay is behind the driver's kick panel.
