I am wondering if anyone has measurements or pictures of a website of what pieces to buy to make my own intercooler kit. The greddy ect intercooler kits for the s13 are way to much for what they are in my own honest opinion. So if anyone knows of a site that talks about measurements or something so I can get some made fairly cheap or buy prefab pipes and use them let me know please.

dude ma brother made his own intercooler piping set up by himself cost him about 80-100 dollars for the piping and the intercoller was like $490

he had a nissan pulsar 1992 model and he looked for pics of intercooler set ups for the pulsar GTi-R and copied that. he went down to the local exhaust shop an bought some pre bnt pipes for like $10 each then just cut them to length oh yeah the pipes were2.5 inch in diametre and they were mild steel...people said that he would lag because of how big it was but no problem at all he was running 12psi

dunno if i helped but hope i did

www.boostdesigns.com has the piping for sale for like $275 IIRC. There are also pics on there as well.

www.phatka-t.com also sells intercooler kits and would probably be willing to sell you a piping kit

2.25" is good for up to 350hp
2.5" is good for up to 500hp
2.75"-3" is good for 500hp+

You basically decide where you're going to route the pipe and then buy 90* or 45* where you're going to turn and then some straight pipe. For all the connections, just buy couplers. I bought my downpipe SS from www.atpturbo.com Its a cool website as well.
