With a regular warranty, would a CAI, custom exhaust, or a ported exhaust manifold mess it up?
Or should I just contact the dealership?

Technically, yes. Any alteration of or deviation from OEM parts could be considered as breach of warranty. But, practically speaking, I doubt any dealer would consider those most as deal breakers.
However, if you are concerned, an inquiry to your preferred dealer would be wise. If they seem to be reluctant to overlook them, find a dealer that is mod-friendly and work with them.

I had an extended warranty and had no problem's a few year's back with my local Pontiac dealer. With an aftermarket PCM,CAI,exhaust and smaller press on pulley, but since then the company went bankrupt :swear:.Atleast I got my money's worth out of them, almost 3 grand worth of work for a $1,200.00 warranty
How are they going to know that you have PEM's

Damn alrite...
My dealership sucks horribly...
I got screwed out of $400 on the end price, and they were reluctant to check for an oil leak before I bought the car (wasnt a leak, but some runoff)
Anyway, thanks for responses
