Headlight freeplay - need adjustment advice

Morning all,
92 euro, 3.1, auto trans
Got the rear brake issue fixed last week ( must have been my initiation into "lumina world").
Anyway, in tinkering around I noticed the drivers side headlight has some freeplay on the bottom and is loose. The best way I can describe is that it pivots at the bottom, from bottom to top, and not side to side.
The top side appears to have all the fasteners / adjusters attached but I don't know where to go on the bottom side. Are there fasteners missing or is there some type of slot that the entire assembly fits into on a bottom support brace ?
Any walk through advice on repair is much appreciated as I have not saved up or found a decent price shop manual on the web. What do I need to disassemble, repair, etc. ?
