Newcomer 6G engine swap question

I am a newcomer to this forum. I am a huge auto enthusiast with a good knowledge. I am forced to sell my current car...2000 Volvo V70 R AWD, and will be buying a civic. I have decided to buy a '96-97 Civic hatchback...I like the styling. Before I start to drive the car, I would like to swap in a B18B? (The 142hp Integra motor...one of my friends has a '97 Integra LS, and is swapping in a GS-R, so he offered me his engine). I would like some help.
I would like to know exactly what parts I will need to perform this swap. I will be getting the engine, tranny, and computer. Please let me know what else I need. Motor mounts, axles, throttle cables?????
I would greatly appreciate any help that anyone could provide. I have looked all over the web, but I haven't been able to obtain a complete list of parts. Any advice or links would be very helpful. Thanks.

Thanks...I checked out the site, do you know of any articles that describe the exact swap I'm doing? I'm not trying to be picky, but I have to ask. Does anyone have anything good or bad to say about this swap? Would it be better to stick with the 106hp stock motor and modify it instead? With the B18B swap, what kind of quarter mile times should I be expecting?

I actually plan on doing the B18b swap myself. But I am going to turbo it. I have some more links, let me look for them. Definitly do the swap as opposed to keeping the stock engine

its the swap i want to do....142 ponies, DOHC...non-vtec, nice engine. also good for turbos..swap it, and hook me up w/ your hatchbacks engine? :)

how many miles? my current engine is 70hp, so that'd be a helluva upgrade :)
