Ok here is the problem and we have no idea where to start with it...When we drive down the road everything is great until you reach the speed of 65mph + then the interior lights and headlights start blinking. Its a 95 Taurus. When you lower the speed to 65 or less everything is ok once again.
We do have a squeal from the surpentine belt if that makes a difference. We bought the car second hand and its installed with every safety and anti theft device there is i think and a few ppl told us this is a chip in the anti theft devices that make it hard to go too fast...Hmm Any ideas?

It could be your alternator. you should have it checked as soon as possible. The surpentine squealing could also be caused by the alternator.
