93 civic speed limiter

How do you remove the speed limiter from a 93 civic vtec? I am about to get performance rims and tires so I don't mind removing it. I have searched this topic and did not find any answers that helped me so please respond. Thank You.

There's no point (I don't know for sure that there even is one actually). You've probably never even hit it before if there is one. When you're driving that fast, if there's any kind of wind; it's going to slow you down. So the windier it is out the slower you'll be, it might be 1 mph but you'll be slower.

no speed limiter ur car just doesnt have enough power and if u get bigger and heavier rims its gona go even slower

what exactly are "performance rims" if i might ask? because if you say 19" chrome im never reading your posts again.

LOL. Yeah I'm hoping he means light weight 15" or smaller rims.

15's would be as big as I would ever go.

I was thinking either Rota Slipstream's or some Gram Lights.
