engine kits, would i notice any difference between the two?

I think i'm gonna go with building a 383 stroker. I've been looking at these two kits. Other than price would i notice any real difference in performance and reliability or parts that come with? here they are....

not sure if the summitracing link will work, but if not it's under engines and components, then rotating assemblies, then world products rotating assemblies 383 kit.

Summit link didn't work but all internal parts and material they are made of do matter. Also you want well known name brand merchandise if your going to invest money ans time into her you might as well do it right.
