Hi..my car just started this...driving then car cuts out and dies, I pull over and wait about 5 min, car fires right up and I can go about a mile, then same thing. I cleaned the injectors, the car actually came up a steep hill! BUT a few min later..same thing. Whatever the problem is, it seems to only do it after the car gets warmed up. Someone told me it could be the ignition module, but when I looked in a manual, there was nothing about one. Ideas?????

not enough info to diagnose your problem. you need to tell us more. could be just some out of range signals from bad sensors. the bad signal causes the ecu to shut down your injectors. is your car obd2? if so, plug in some obd2 scanner and tell us all the numbers from your freeze frame data. then we can diagnose your problem.

My car did the same thing, I wish i could remember what the problem was though? jeeze, its a recall part I know that, I'd check with honda, they should swap in the part for free.

On mine it could die anywhere in the middle of the intersection, it didn't matter, but I do believe its a recall.

A recall for an 88? So far it's down to ignition module, distributer or maybe a c? sensor

It is the relay that is located under the dash on the driver side of the vehicle. Take out the fuse box tray and it is on the left side of the fuse box. Matsuba relay ass'y, main RZ-0045 12V You need to pull it out, if it smells like really badly burnt rubber, then it needs to be replaced. This is common on all 88-89 ludes.
