power ports are dead

I tried to fill a tire with a portable tire pump that plugs into the power port. The pump cut out at 40 psi so I figured I blew a fuse. None of the fuses a burned out in either fuse box. I replaced the cigar lighter fuse but I still get no power to the power ports. Everything else is functional.

What do you guys think?

pull the socket and see if you melted the wires.
