do I need a camber kit?

I have a 98 civic dx, and the rear camber is way off, so the inside edge of the tires get really bad wear. The car has never been lowered, but since there is no adjustment for the camber, is a camber kit the only way to fix this?

They I would guess too much toe in or out. Get that fixed.

rear camber? do you mean the back tire, i didnt know the toe on the back would change with a stock set up.
