Rota's, Kumho's, where?

I'm looking at getting Rota Subzeros because I think they look badass... and they're a good weight improvement from my swirlies. My question is about fitment. 225/45/17 with a 5 bolt 114mm bolt pattern is the correct size, right? I plan on lowering the car about an inch or so in the future, if that affects things.
There're also listing of 17x7 and 17x7.5. Do either fit, and if 7.5 fit, wouldn't more tire on the ground mean better traction?
I'm looking to get these wrapped in Kumho 712's as a package deal, but I'm surprised how popular sites like tirerack don't carry Rota's. Where can I get a package deal?
At http://www.jaydm.com/subzero.htm they have a set sans tires for 520 shipped. Anyone beat that?
Thanks

www.vulcantire.com has those tires for $86 each, I've done business with them twice before and would highly recommend them

I have the 712's and they are bloody unreal!!! There are the best tires I have ever riden on, I love them. They grip everything on the road.
However, we have a day or two of snow right now and I can't grip nothin, it sucks.
But yeah, the 712's rock!
