Vibration Passenger Front (96 Intrepid)

I have a vibration on my 96 Intrepid on the passenger side front. I rotated the tires and it's still there. It only does it when I'm doing between 40 and 55 mph but when I'm just Idling along at 5mph you can feel the car go up and down on the passenger side. Could this be a wheel bearing or ??? My tires are new and like I said I did rotate them. :banghead:

I was wondering if anyone else had this problem???

It could either be a wheel bearing or you have a cv axle that's worn out.
